In today’s video and on day 235+ we reach out to the top executives at Home Depot. For almost 3/4 of a year Home depot has allowed a heating system to be hooked up illegally. Home Depot has even received multiple warnings from Code Enforcement and even the Attorney General.

They have not acted yet and have left us in a dangerous situation that could cost us our lives. Sign the petition to get Craig Menear involved!

Here is my 1st email to them:

We have had an active complaint since May 14th and that’s 230+ days! We paid Home Depot $8000 for a new heat pump which they modified with a too powerful heat strip, connected to an under sized breaker and used the wrong gauged wiring!

There is a current and active fire hazard and threat to our property and lives!

We have complaints with the Attorney General, Code Enforcement, DBPR, Insurance Commissioner, Fire Marshall, the BBB, Yelp, Facebook, and a lawyer!

We have been jerked around so much that I built a website and am now reaching out to the top of Home Depot. We have already been to home depot escalations with no help. They dropped the ball the first time and got back involved when a Home Depot employee saw us picketing at the local farmers market.

We were refused contract fulfillment, service, refund, and insurance. Your sub-contractor did 10K in damage and our home has been molding due to your negligence!

Please get involved. We have petitions to Craig Menear and one for a Home Depot Lawsuit.

You need to get someone out here to at minimum reduce your liability in the event of a fire! You should also consider reading some of these posts.

Craig! We still have a fire danger to our home and lives. We are now picketing and have a formal petition. My Father and I want to hear from YOU! It is your job to sort this out and we are tired of dealing with low integrity lawyers! We are approaching 100 signatures which is just the beginning.
