DBPR (Department Of Business Public Relations Complaint
We even had to file with the DBPR and spend hours of our time filing a formal complaint. The DBPR should be able to verify if ARS Rescue Rooter can do this kind of work, endanger our lives, no produce insurance and then get away with it.
Who or what is the DBPR (Department Of Business Public Relations)
The DBPR is Florida’s main agency in charge of licensing and regulating businesses in Florida State. The current Secretary is Halsey Beshears and let’s just hope she will rain hell’s fire down on ARS Rescue Rooter and Home Depot!
The DBPR is also in-charge of regulating licenses and making sure companies have contractors insurance. The website “My Florida License” is there payment and application portal. They are well funded and can bring direct action against ARS and Home depot.

Day 200 & The DBPR Has Yet To Follow Up!
How do I contact this inspector? We are now 200 days past the install dates and the HVAC was installed with the wrong wiring on the wrong breaker! Is the DBPR going to make sure my veteran Father won’t burn to death? We are very disappointed in the DBPR for all the wasted time. It is your responsibility to protect your citizens. We have important updates and no one from your office has reached out or contacted our attorney.
